Reel Creator / Video Editor

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a creative and fast-paced Reel Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of visual storytelling, video editing, and trending content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, edit, and produce short-form videos (Reels) from raw footage or course content.

• Add captions, effects, transitions, music, and animations to enhance video appeal.

• Stay up to date with social media trends and incorporate them into the video style.

• Optimize videos for each platform’s format and best practices.

• Collaborate with the course team to align video content with educational and branding goals.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps).

• Creativity and a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work with subtitles, motion graphics, and sound synchronization.

• Awareness of current social media trends and viral content formats.

• Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines quickly.

Preferred:

• Experience creating reels for educational or professional content.

• Portfolio or links to previous work is a strong plus.
