Job Requirements:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Course Coordination Assistant to support the scheduling and documentation of course sessions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking course appointments, recording lecture notes, and formatting course materials in Word and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage Excel course appointments.
Take clear and well-organized notes during live or recorded Excel lectures.
Format course materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to ensure clarity and professional presentation.
Maintain and organize digital files and documentation related to the courses.
Required Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (minimum 15% knowledge).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word (professional formatting, styles, tables, etc.).
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design, formatting, slide organization).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic English writing skills are a plus.
Preferred:
Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
