Administrative Assistant Manager
Job Requirements:
Proven experience supporting management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency
Support the CEO in planning and organizing daily, weekly, and long-term schedules
Coordinate and manage courses, trainings, and programs schedules
Organize meetings, appointments, and calendars, ensuring priorities are met
Assist the CEO with financial coordination
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Required Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Leadership and team coordination skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Familiarity with online meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
