Administrative Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency

  • Support the CEO in planning and organizing daily, weekly, and long-term schedules

  • Coordinate and manage courses, trainings, and programs schedules

  • Organize meetings, appointments, and calendars, ensuring priorities are met

  • Assist the CEO with financial coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and tasks

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
